We have a 30-day policy, whereby if you experience any issues that effects the products use, simply send a video of the problem to our team and we will send you a free replacement or refund. To begin the process, simply contact us at contact@punchr.co.

We quality check all our products before shipping, and we only use reliable and trusted shipping carriers. But if for whatever reason your product arrives with damage that affects it's use, simply send us a video and we will send you a free replacement.

SUCTION GUARANTEE:

Our product requires a flat and flush surface in order to stick properly, see our instruction manual for more information. We also include gel pads which stick to any flat surface as a last resort. But if after trying these you are still not happy, you can reach out to our team at contact@punchr.co and we will offer assistance or a free return paid for by us. In order to get a full refund, all pieces that arrived in the original order must be included in the same box and in the same condition as they were received.
